Prenatal yoga is designed to support and empower you throughout your transformation into motherhood, and prepare you for the arrival of your baby. Prenatal yoga gives you time to relax, be present and connect with the little miracle that’s thriving within.
During this 6-Week Prenatal Series, we will:
Improve flexibility in your hips
Alleviate common pregnancy discomforts
Improve circulation
Strengthen the pelvic floor
Learn different breathing techniques that can be used to calm yourself during labor and delivery
No previous yoga experience needed. Class is appropriate for all trimesters.
