⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑ - Wonderful Class!
This was my first yoga class after having my baby. I wasn’t sure what to expect and was nervous, especially with an online class, but I felt completely comfortable as soon as class began! My instructor was warm and welcoming and was really understanding with my babies needs. I had to stop and change a diaper & nurse during the class. It was definitely what I neeI would highly recommend!
Postpartum can be a bit boring, especially during a pandemic. Baby Bee Yoga was the perfect light, and safe, activity during my maternity leave. Janeen was so understanding of the realities of recent postpartum life (position changes for breastfeeding , adjustments as needed for fussy baby, and for post c section recovery!). Amazing experience.
It was my first baby and me yoga. It was flexible with baby’s mood so it was very easygoing and comfortable. At the same time, I was able to stretch and use my lower abs.
Wonderful class for baby and me! I have never found a yoga class or instructors I really liked till now. I know the benefits of yoga, but have always been intimidated and not confident to go to classes. The instructors are wonderful and I got a great work out in while bonding with my baby!
